Notes About Applying For Space

A rolling deposit is required with your booking form to cover all shows booked, with the exception of The Yorkshire Game Fair which requires a separate deposit.  This sum will be deducted from your last invoice of the year.  You will be invoiced for the balance 6 weeks prior to each event and this must be paid by the date shown.  When you have sent your application form in, you may still request additional shows at any time without further deposit.  As this is all very generous we must insist you will lose your deposit if you cancel a show having been accepted and will need to pay another deposit to reinstate your remaining bookings.

Please note any cancellations therefore must be in writing.

• All Stands are now sold in metres (1m = 3.28ft)
• All Stands are sold per metre frontage (pmf)
• All Stands booked must include your access
• All Shows will now take place in Clear Span Metal Frame   Pavilions (No Pole Marquees)
• All Stands in Pavilions are 2m depth (unless otherwise stated)
• All Stands in Pavilions are a minimum of 3m frontage except Live Crafts Shows where the traditional 2.5m (8ft) will be maintained.
• Book more than 3m frontage in a Pavilion and the cost of extra pmf reduces to the 2nd price shown.All Open Space Stands are a minimum of 6m frontage and minimum 6m depth.
• Book more than 6m frontage of Open Space and the cost of extra pmf reduces to the 2nd price shown.

Please be sure all space booked is sufficient to include your access stand space, vehicle, or any additional equipment you require on your stand. (Book 6m and your vehicle is 10m it won't fit!) Open Space does not automatically include space for your vehicle/caravan/camping unless clearly stated. Camping and vehicles to rear of stand does not apply to LIVE CRAFTS, CHILTERNS COUNTRY FOOD FAIR or GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS. Please state on the application form if you ar brining a caravan or camping and where applicable state whether you wish to camp to the rear of the stand or on the nearby exhibitor campsite.

There are 4 types of stand you may book

1. Pavilion Space on Grass
2. Pavilion Space on Floor with Shell Scheme
3. Private Pavilion on Grass
4. Open Space on Grass

There is just one column in which to place your request.

Please ensure you tick which type of stand space you require for each Show you are applying for.

Ancillary Items:

• Tables: £5 each + VAT
• Chairs: £2 each + VAT

• Single13 amp socket: = £40 + VAT
• Twin 13 amp sockets: = £55 + VAT
• 16 amp C form socket: = £55 + VAT
• 32 amp Cooker socket: = £65 + VAT
• Spotlights (Shell Scheme stands only): = £65 + VAT

Stand prices do not attract VAT but VAT is charged on ancillary items.

Guaranteed Position:

You may request a stand position with 1,2 or 3 sides open. This will be considered sympathetically but not guaranteed to be available. If you wish to guarantee more than 1 side open, or any other position in the show, this incurs a fee per show.
