The event will be held in marquees in the grounds of the Memorial Park
Show Features
Cookery Theatre
Celebrity chef will be running 3 cookery demonstrations each day, followed by a question
& answer session if you need to know more! Beverley Glock is The Times' Children's
Food Expert and Ocado's Children's Cookery Queen.
Beverley will also be holding a Make ‘n’ Take cupcake decorating session which will
run for 2 hours each day. Children will learn to make gorgeous sugar paste roses
at this popular workshop.
Beer, Wine & Cognac Tasting
We will be sampling champion beers from micro breweries, talking about real ales
which we will have on tap and showing you how wine goes with food. An excellent opportunity
and excuse (if you really need one) to ‘try before you buy’.
The Chilterns Larder
Support your local food producers and sample the delights that the Chilterns has
to offer.
Chilterns Favourite Recipes Competition
If you have a favourite Easter recipe why not enter our competition and win a £100
voucher to spend at the Chilterns Easter Festival of Food. All you have to do is
send or email your recipe to HD Fairs and bring a sample of your recipe to the Festival
on Friday 2nd April where our judges will make their decision. Entering the competition
will give you and your family (2 Adults & 3 Children) free entryto the festival over
the Easter Weekend.

The Great Easter Egg Hunt
Here children of all ages can let their imagination run riot decorating handcut wooden
shapes or terracotta pots.
The Easter bunny has hidden 10 Easter egg pictures around the show. Write down the
letters on the pictures to reveal an Easter word and receive a treat!

11am - Packed lunches and picnic food -
followed by a cookalong in the Memorial Hall at 11.45am
1pm - Quick Easter Lunch with a hint of Greece
(Rosemary infused lamb, crushed new potatoes with Greek beans and raspberry mousse.
3pm - Weekend lunch for friends
(Caramelised onion tart with superfood side salad and strawberries and 'healthy'
cream)
