How to Exhibit

What a Scorcher and what a Festival at White Waltham 2009. We received compliments all day both days from public and exhibitors alike. We can’t wait for this years Festival which will be bigger and better. We will be moving the site a little further into the airfield to achieve three objectives. Safety for the Steam and heavy vehicles as they will be on the concrete apron (camping on grass), we will have a larger Festival site and Car Park so we can expand on the number of Sections and continue to add fresh areas of interest plus accommodate up to 30,000 visitors.

We are delighted to tell you we will now be organising another Wings, Wheels, Speed and Steam Festival at Shugborough. Providing the Horsepower will be the West Midlands Heavy Horse Show. However the Steam, Rock’n’ Roll, Vintage and Classic Sections will all be present along with fabulous aerobatic displays. Trade Stands will have priority siting as will the Auto and Aerojumble. The Craft, Food and Shopping Marquees will now be arranged so that all exhibitors are in a single undercover walkway, with all stands facing the aisle.

This year we will encourage everyone to get into period dress. This applies to Trade Stand Exhibitors as well. Best in Trade Section wins a Free Stand for the next years Festival as part of the winning Best In Section Prizes.

Free entertainment to exhibitors throughout the Festival, including Saturday Evening, however to do this we will open from 10am to 8pm on the Saturday.
